step 2/3: Check out a tshirt option

Shirts are NOT included in registration costs. For an additional cost ($25 for one or $45 for both), you can purchase this year’s themed shirt(s). Please note the following options. These will be available options in the drop down menu in the registration form.

Option 2: CURRENT 2019 - Grey Tank

Please note: Final colour of produced shirt depends on availability of manufacturer. Colours may not be exactly as presented in photos.

STEP 3/3: DOWNLOAD WAIVER

you must download the waiver and student code of conduct form Here.

This form MUST be filled out and submitted prior to final check-in at camp. You have the following two options:

  1. Download, print, fill, scan, and email this form to youthcamp@bethelpark.ca

  2. Download, print, fill, and submit form at camper registration on the first day of camp.

It is important to note that any camper who does not submit a waiver and student code of conduct, will not be registered and will not be allowed to take part at Bethel Park NextGen Youth Camp.
